Introduction

When I 9 years old, my aunt established her own restaurant in a rural area near Ubon Ratchathani province. It’s a small restaurant that people are very interested in this restaurant, including myself. And I want to interview the owner of this restaurant to know about effective aspects of being a restaurant owner.


She has been restaurant owner for around 7 years now, and she open the restaurant with her family. The reason she want to open the restaurant is because she love cooking and she want people in the area to enjoy the food from her restaurant. It’s a very special idea for someone who is a restaurant owner.

This restaurant is open from 7 AM to 4 PM, even though it closes early. However, this restaurant has a unique difference from other restaurants. Because the owner has put effort into every step of the service, and provide entertainment to the customers. The special menu of this restaurant is a spicy fried chicken with a chili sauce. Everyone who come to this restaurant has to order this dish.


Conclusion

I’m very impressed that my aunt is a restaurant owner and the many people really enjoy this restaurant. Even though the beginning of the restaurant wasn’t very smooth, but now it has become a restaurant that people much love. I’d like to invite those who see my blog you can try to come and try the food at this restaurant.
